The Muttart Foundation is pleased to release the Roadmap to a Quality Early Learning and Child Care System in Alberta. This document is the collaborative effort of six partners: the Canadian Child Care Federation and its Alberta Leaders’ Caucus, Child Care Now and its Alberta Chapter, the YMCA of Northern Alberta and the Muttart Foundation. It is intended to engage stakeholders, community groups and policy makers in meaningful discussions about the essential elements of a quality early learning and child care system for Alberta, and the initial policy actions needed to develop it.
